IBA invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for its Projects Planning & Facilities Management Department.

General Building Maintenance Incharge (1 Position)
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate must be D.A.E. (Electrical / Mechanical or other allied area) with 7 years of relevant experience.
Preference will be given to those who have worked in reputed hotels or hospitals.
Maximum age: 40 years.

Housekeeping Supervisor (2 Position)
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate must have intermediate degree with minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
Preference will be given to those who have worked in reputed hotels or hospitals.
Maximum age: 40 years.

Project Engineer (1 Position)
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate must be B.E (Civil) with at least 10-12 years of work experience in reputed organization preferably with consultants managing high quality building projects. Computer literacy is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
The candidate should be capable of communicating with architects, consultants and project managers independently.
Maximum age: 45 years.

Purchase Officer (1 Position)
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate must have a Bachelors degree with 7 years of relevant experience on similar position. Preference will be given to individuals having vast experience in preparing tender documents, handling outside agencies on behalf of the organization, good IT skills with an ability to communicate in English.
Maximum age: 40 years.

Store & Accounts Officer (1 Position)
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate must be B.Com with 7 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to those who have good knowledge of computerized inventory and accounting systems.
Maximum age: 40 years.

Supervisor Civil (2 Position)
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate must be D.A.E. (Civil) with at least 15 years of experience with reputable organization.
Computer literacy and estimating skills are must.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will report to Project Engineer and will be responsible for site checks, inspections, contract administration & management and bills checking.
Maximum age: 45 years.

Supervisor Electrical / Mechanical (2 Position)
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate must be D.A.E. (Electrical or Mechanical) with 15 years of experience of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works on prestigious building with reputable organizations.
Computer literacy is essential.
Responsibilities:
The candidates will be responsible for reading, interpreting drawings and exercising checks on quality of material and workmanship.
Maximum age: 45 years.
