Assumes additional responsibility without being asked. Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies. Shares acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels.

Encourages more junior employees to take responsibility for their development within the company.

Degree: Bachelors from a reputed University

Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Image Ready

Knowledge: HTML, DHTML, JavaScript,ASP, AJAX, CSS and Action Script

Experience
should have in depth knowledge of the skills and tools mentioned in previous section
