Job Description:

Managing and leading the branch effectively to achieve liabilities and SME targets; implementation of superior customer service standards, while adhering to SBP and BAL's policies and guidelines.


Skills Required:

Should possess vast banking experience and should have professional management skills and all the right potentials to head a branch.
Effective interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
Customer services skills; ability to build and maintain a loyal customer base and ensure continued customer satisfaction
In-depth technical knowledge of product and services offered by the banking industry
Team leadership and ability to motivate and facilitate groups
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Urdu
Working knowledge of MS office
