Job Description:

# Organize, monitor & coordinate Safety awareness programme,loss prevention programme at sites.

* Preparation of Accident & Incident reports.
* Job safety analysis & HIP.
* Always bear in mind all safety guidelines & procedures.
* Assisting with all trainees at all levels.
* Check the work permits & coordinate with assigned safety representatives for implementation of safety procedures.
* To educate the supervisors & workers to follow safe working practices.
* Implementation of safety procedures, manuals as per client requirements to make sure zero accident policy is achieved.
* Co-ordination with Saudi Aramco client & other subcontractors for ensuring safety at site.
* Ensure use of proper PPE at site.
* Support Company safety, environmental & quality policies and programmes.
* Carry out surprise checks on site to determine the effectiveness & adequacy of system for safety.
* Reminding all the workers about safety in the best policy to achieve zero accident targets.
* Taking the disciplinary action against employees for carelessness.
* Preparation of accident & incident reports and monthly safety reports for the client.
* Before leaving the job site, make sure that all unfinished job such as open pit, overhead & other must have safety precaution of signboards, warning tape & flash lights to avoid accidents.
* Check the work permits & coordination with assigned safety representatives for implementations of safety procedures.
* Prepare letters, reports & conduct meeting with project management.
* Maintain all safety related documents such as weekly, monthly inspection reports, investigation reports & injuries reports.
* Weekly safety inspection joint with sub contractor.
