Customer Managers - Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Faisalabad
Role:
This is a key position in our field sales operations. By working with closely with selected high potential core demand customers in the market. Customer manager will be responsible to continuously develop business with them. Customer manager will have to
>> Develop in depth understanding of business needs/demands of allocated customer groups and suggest solutions to serve them better.
>> Analyze the results (weekly, monthly and quarterly) of the customers in terms of turnover, profits, loses, frequency, average, buying etc. in order to propose actions plans to improve the situation if needed.
>> Achieve sales, growth, frequency and profitability targets.
>> Develop business with existing customers and activate new/non buying customers in allocated area.

Requirement
>>MBA from a well reputed university. However graduates with MNC experience and in-depth market knowledge and relations will also be considered.
>> Separate positions are available for general trade, Horeca and institutional channels in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad.
>> 2-5 years of relevant channel field sales experience with reputed FMCG companies is a must.
>> Male/Female age between 25 to 33 years.
>> Excellent communication, analytical and computer skills

Telemarketing Executives - Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Faisalabad
Role
This is a very important position to support customer manager in the field. Telemarketing executives will be responsible to:
>> Achieve allocated customer activation and sales targets.
>> Communicate to customers the benegits of buying from metro
>> Communicate to them the latest promotions and campaigns.
>> Clean customer data in our customer database.
>> Collect and document customer feedback on service levels.

Requirements
>> Min graduate with excellent Urdu and English communication skills.
>> 1-3 years experience in working with call center. customer services with reputed organization.
>> Male/Female. Adaptable and good team player.
>> Age 22 to 30 years

Sales Support Staff - Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Faisalabad
Role:
Responsible to process and assemble customer orders via emails, telephone and fax. Coordinate delivery of assembled orders with delivery section.

Requirements
>>Min graduate. However intermediate with over 5 years of experience will also be considered
>> Min. 1 year experience of handling customer orders in reputed organization.
>> Male/Female, Age between 22 to 25 years.
