We are looking suitable candidates for the following positions to be based at our head office in Karachi:-

Fleet Operations Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning and controlling the operation of the bonded/general haulage business to ensure good customer service is maintained.
- Vehicle routine to achieve best profit margins.
- Ensuring the company's objective for efficiency, economy, quality and productivity are met or exceeded.
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Understands local market dynamic
- Controlling / managing fleet operations cost.
- Manage and control fleet efficiency
- Responsible for driver hiring, driver training. Performance assessment, rewaqts and recognition and discipline.
Requirements
* Graduate (MBA Preferred) having 5-7 years of related experience
* Retired Armed forces personnel preferred.
* Age should not be more than 40 years
* Must be computer literate.

Fleet Maintenance Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plans, Directs and monitors preventive maintenance and repair programs for all company vehicles.
- Performs life cycle cost analysis; performs trend analysis for various vehicle maintenance issue and related expenses
- Assist in the development and implementations of standard operating procedures for vehicle maintenance using known best practice.
- Assist in the development and leadership of short and long range planning activities covering all aspects of fleet maintenance operations
- Maintain and update record of company fleet with regards to maintenance.

Requirements
* Graduate [BE in Mechanical discipline is preferred] having 7-8 years of related experience
* Age should not be more than 40 years
* Must be computer literate
