Augere, with is team of highly qualified and experienced international telecom experts is inviting applications for its Pakistan operations for the following positions.

Corporate Sales Manager
* Manager and support corporate distributor in achieving objectives.
* Form allowances to sale directly to corporate and medium enterprises along with corporate individuals

Flagship Store Manager / Walk in Customer Care Manager
* Manage the daily operation of the flagship store and supervise the network of stores.
* Lead a team of store staff to deliver how to outstanding customer services and sales support.
* Manage the inventory control and over all administration of the store premises.
* Maintain high standard of quality and customer satisfaction as well as handling escalated walk in complaints.

Manager Quality Assurance / Customer Care ( Walk in Stores and Contact Centers)
* Audit quality level of customer contents at contact center and walk in centers.
* Manage costumer satisfaction index KPI.
* Conduct mystery shopping evaluate customer experience.
* Design road maps for areas of improvement

Training Manager - Customer Care & Sales.
* Develop Manage and conduct training programs for the sales and customer cares team.

Product Manager
* Driving product planning and ensuring delivery according to the approved business plan marketing plan and budget.
* Product lifecycle management to ensure smooth handover of new products from products development to the product management team.
* Monitor evaluation of customer segment needs, market and industry development(using qualitative analysis) to ensure relevance of product offer.
* Implement minor product enhancements within each product group.

Operations Planning Manager - Customer Care
* Manage the overall sizing and work force, optimization for customer care touch points (Contact centre and walk in stores)
* Analyze MIS and forecast trends.
* Manage staff scheduling for all customer care touch points.
* Audit and report the KPI performance dashboard for both contact centres and walk in stores.

Contact Centre Manager - Customer Care

* Manage the inbound and outbound operations of a call center
* Lead a group of team leaders and call centre agents
* Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
