JOB OPPORTUNITIES

PPAF is the lead apex institution of the country, responsible for developing retail capacity and outreach of private sector / civil society organizations engaged in the challenge of poverty reduction, sponsored by the Government of Pakistan and funded by multiple donors, PPAF represents and innovative model of public private partnership.

PPAF is in the process of setting up Corporate Relations Management (CRM) unit to interact with the international and national corporate sector and funding organizations, with a view to involve private trusts, foundations, CSR funds and corporate philanthropy for expanding its various programs and initiative leading to poverty reduction.

Applications are invited from well qualified, exceptionally competent and highly motivated professionals to fill up the following Islamabad based positions in the CRM unit:

TEAM LEADER / HEAD OF UNIT
As an operational and management head of the CRM unit, incumbent shall be responsible for establishing international and national linkages for implementing PPAF strategy to mobilize grant funds, CSR and corporate philanthropy funds effective marketing of PPAF and its activities.

Masters degree in Development / Management sciences (or related discipline) from a reputable foreign or national institution, minimum 10 years successful experience at senior management level with reputable organizations in performing similar assignments, through understanding of development sector framework, CSR and related corporate management practices.

MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE:
Assist Head of CRM unit in day to day affairs with respect to general office management support, communication and coordination.

Masters degree in Development Science (or related discipline) from a reputable foreign or national institution, having exceptional writing skills with minimum 4 years experience in a reputable organization in coordination, office management and correspondence, preparing minutes, report writing etc.

Above positions require excellent team work, inter-personal, organizing, planning verbal and written communication skills, computer skills and sensitivity to gender.

Qualifications must be acquired from HEC recognized institutions.
