Mentor Graphics Lahore is currently looking for:

Manager Human Resources

Responsibilities:
Manage the HR function for the strategic R&D center of the organization, located at Lahore.
Will independently handle the complete gamut of HR activities comprising Staffing, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training and Development.

Support strategic business initiatives by working with managers to plan and execute processes and programs including business planning, compensation, performance management, etc.

Requirements:
Must be able to understand and develop effective HR strategies while understanding the implications from a culture, business success, company practice and legal standpoint.
Must have or be able to develop a* strong understanding of the company's worldwide business strategies and HR practices.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills including confidentiality, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and an ability to use a variety of communication tools.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, especially managers and other key decisions makers.

Must have excellent team member and partnering skills.
Additional skill requirements include flexibility, leadership and the ability to effectively
collect, manage and use data.
Must be willing to work at a strategic as well as hands-on level.

Skills RequiredMust possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Management. A Post Graduate Degree would be an advantage.

Must have 5+ years of overall generalist experience in HR and experience in IT industry is an advantage.

Ability to manage all HR functions in a software development organization.
