Software Development Manager -Lahore

This is a senior position to lead a group of teams in the development of next generation wireless embedded protocol software. Within this position you will:

* Maintain, review and modify project plans and product release cycles.
* Coordinate software branches
* Measure and monitor progress to ensure that the project is delivered on time.
* Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
* Work with management and review of commitments to customers to determine goal and scheduling.
* Analyze project risk and develop mitigation efforts accordingly.
* Interact with customers to coordinate efforts.
* Establish procedures for project reporting and documentation.
* Coordinate evaluation, training, guidance of engineers.
* Ensure that engineers follow quality assurance processes and best practices.

- Experience of embedded software development, C based applications or protocols development.
- Experience in software branch management
- Experience in managing software development team.
- Experience in full project life cycles from concept to delivery.
- Takes initiative and ability to work with limited direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capacity.
- Strong team work and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of wireless communication technologies.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Organized, cooperative and hard working.
