Job Description:
** Generate Documentation for internal and external projects with high level of quality (requirements, design,
** test, and user manuals)
** Actively following and reporting on the test plan to the Team

Firm knowledge of SDLC
Firm knowledge and practical experience of different quality assurance methods
Must know about CMMI standard
Must know about ISO standard
Must have practical experience of using different testing tools
Able to develop and maintain automated test cases
Must know about UML
Perfectionist
Structured way of working

** Train the team to create and perform automated test cases
** Proactively Tracking flows in the system (internal and external) and getting the identified issues/flaws
** rectified
** Develop and document processes
** Making sure that the processes formulated are being followed
** Ensure that the delivered product meets the business goals and performance parameters
** Actively pursuing in making the company procedures and policies aligned and compliant with ISO and
** CMMI Stands
** Ensuring that every build is bug free (or the bugs are reported and deployment is approved by
** Management) and Code versioning process is being followed properly
** Identify and train all team to use internet based communication
