TUSDEC wishes to hire a number of Business Development & Marketing professionals for its head office in Lahore and projects in Gujranwaia. Karachi, Ouetta, Peshawat, Sialkot and other cities. Openings exist for those who can identify, locate, establish relations, develop and sell TUSDEC's technical and skill services in their respective areas.

Technical Services:
• Product Design and Development services including new designs, reverse engineering and manufacturing.

• Engineering: Including tools, dies and moulds for plastics, sheet metal, ceramics, sanitary ware.

• Sub-contract services for industry needing to use TUSDEC's modern CAD/CAM, CMM. Laser Scanning, Rapid Prototyping and CNC machining facilities ranaing from modelling. part making, CNC wire cutting, CNC EDM, Sheet metal processing, Laser cutting and marking, CNC machining, heat treatment for hardening, surface texturing and more.

Skill Development and Linkages:
Promote TUSOEC's initiatives in Skill Development and establish linkages with donors Government and NGOs.

Market Skill Development institutes by attracting Youth to improve their current skill set ranging from Technical to Managements skills.

Market accreditation and certification of acquired skills at the local and international level.

Obtain consultancies in technical services, feasibility preparation and project implementation.
Promote TUSDEC's established capabilities in Technical and Skill Development in other countries.

Responsible for the following but not limited to:
• Design, develop, implement and facilitate marketing and sales for TUSDEC and its initiatives.
• Plan and administer company's Marketing Operations budget.
• Prepare contractual proposals, including creative, innovative concepts and approaches.
• Open new avenues and bring business from the new and existing clients for the company.
• Proactjvely hunt target organizations and establish linkages for promoting TUSDEC services.

Those with Technical qualifications prior to the Masters Degree will be given preference. We invite applicants, who must be self-starters, highly organized, polished presenters and possess i top level interpersonal business management and facilitation skills.

Skills RequiredThe candidates shouid posses Masters Degree in Business Administration/Marketmg from a recognized focal or foreign university with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience & proven track record in developing and administering marketing programs.
