The company has openings for the following positions in its Drilling Operations Department.

Chief Engineer (Operations)

General:
• Preferred age for the positions of Chief Engineer, Chief Geologist, Deputy Chief Engineer and Company Site Representative is below 45 years while for Driller, it is below 35 years.
• Candidates with post-graduate degree/s from reputable foreign universities would be preferred and some relaxation in experience may be considered.
• Candidates possessing engineering degrees should be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council.

• Candidates should be fully conversant with required safety standards and procedures. They should be skilled in using computer, especially latest software packages related to their work.
• Candidates are expected to demonstrate innovativeness, good interpersonal skills, strong leadership abilities, multiple-task handling and staff mentoring capacity.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written, including preparation of technical reports are essential.
• Candidates who have obtained a third division in their career need not to apply.

Skills RequiredQualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline of engineering. Candidates possessing degree in Mechanical Engineering would be preferred.

Experience:
20 years in maintenance, overhauling of Drilling Rig and its ancillary equipments.

• Development of project plans and overseeing of logistic arrangement for safe movement of equipment and assets from warehouse to drilling locations.
• Development of rig maintenance plans.
• Environmental monitoring during well operations.
• Administrative support to well site drilling teams.
