Office Administrator - Lahore
- Provide administrative support in all aspects of the running of the Navitas office.
- Ensure that partner consultants / agents have adequate supplies of promotional materials.
- Keep an up to date register of all admission applications and offers for each Navitas College.
- Print out and distribute Visa Support Documents (if required)
- Be able to give accurate information regarding Navitas and its colleges
- Liaise with Navitas Colleges regarding student recruitment and admissions issues in Pakistan.
- Assist in the contacting of individual applicants to ascertain their study intentions.
- Coordinate and arrange mailings, texting and other promotional activities.
- Liaise with Colleges, Navitas head office and agencies with regard to advertising and promotional needs
- Maintain and update Navitas Pakistan website.
- Coordinate with external bodies and agencies as required by the Country Manager.
- Undertake any other duties that the Country Manager should reasonably require
