Senior Medical Oficer
IRC-PRIDE Project Islamabad, Bagh - Pakistan
It currently seeks to recruit Senior Medical Officer and Female Medical Officers for its Bagh Office.
Senior Medical Officer (1 Position, DHQH Bagh)
Overview;
• This is a special contract position based in District Headquarters Hospital Bagh, reporting directly to the Medical superintendent DHQH and Health Services Coordinator.
• Observe, support and conduct normal vaginal deliveries, instrument deliveries, and c-sections, including a sample of both day and night shifts
• Follow best practices/protocols as per EOC standards at DHQ level and develop emergency drills and specific plan for implementing them
• Communicate the gaps at the clinical sites that need upgrading to Medical Superintendent or the DHQH focal person for EOC and PRIDE focal person
• Assist gynecologist in supervision of the EOC personnel in the District
Head Quarter Hospital Required

Skills RequiredQualifications and Experience:
• MB8S and post graduation in OBGYN(FCPS/MCPS/ DGO) along with 2-3 years experience after post graduate is preferable.
• Candidates who have worked in a Public Health Comprehensive EOC Program will be given preference.
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills, Leadership qualities and
work in flexible timings.
• Work experience in remote area will be a preference
