Head of Corporate Finance (Islamabad-Head Office)

Responsible for the management of Corporate Finance Department, which includes marketing for mandates for financial advisory, debt financing , syndication, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring etc. Having thorough knowledge of analyzing transactions, advising clients on best options. Should have sound knowledge and experience in investment banking with numerous transactions to his/her name, in which a leading role was played by the individual. Responsible for preparation /development of business plan & strategies in line with the company's objectives.

Skills Required
The ideal candidate should possess a Masters degree in Banking or MBA or CFA from a recognized institution with 10 years post qualification experience in a Bank or Financial Institution.
