Hr Manager (UK)
Looking for a part-time HR manager for a leisure company in Guildford.
main tasks and responsiblies;
-Provide advice
-Process and record holidays, sickness, maternity/paternity etc.
-Managing all employee recruitment.
-Assist in the managing of all internal employee issues, grievances and disciplinary actions.
-Collate employee statistics - Hours per month, labour turnover and monthly overtime.
-Ensure all employee eligibility to work documents are valid and kept up to date.
You must have;
-Good Knowledge of MS word and excel.
-HR, recruitment and selection experience.
-High level of verbal and written english.
-The ability to work independently
-Be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
-Be aware of health and saftey compliance
It would be desirable for this person to have payroll skills and working towards a CIPD qualification.
