Our client is one of the biggest groups in textile, currently looking a Human Resources Manager for its Karachi office.
Job Description:
· Prepare, amend, implement and maintain a policy and procedures manual for all areas of responsibility. .
· Interpretation and implementation of company´s policies and procedures at all level in the organization.
· Manage and maintain a small and efficient HR team to effectively and efficiently provide and control the HR, administrative, and procurement management support to the company.
· Benchmarking the best HR practices available, design and develop user friendly policies, system & procedure.
· Manage and maintain a small and efficient HR team to effectively and efficiently provide and control the HR, administrative, and procurement management support to the company.
· Interpretation and implementation of company´s policies and procedures at all level in the organization.
· Maintain staff morale and monitor employee complaints and counseling
· Responsible for all HR functions, particularly Hiring, Training & Development Compensation and benefits and Performance Management.
· Also responsible for tabulation of performance appraisal reports.
Qualification: MBA
Experience: Minimum 8 years in textile sector
