Job description – HR functions
* Develop and Execute Human Resources policies and procedures
* Human Resource planning, recruitment of manpower as per plan as and
when required
* Developing the performance management system for employees
* developing, implementing and carrying out orientation programs for
inducting new candidates and facilitating them in easy adjustment in new
surrounding
* Plan and monitor recruitment activities that includes advertising
jobs in the local dailies, short-listing of prospective candidates
* Deal with day to day affairs of different HR issues
* Coordinate with external agencies like insurance companies and other
outside sources.
* Keep record of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices
to keep management informed.
* Prepare periodic reports to HR Committee, as necessary or requested
* Development of HRMS according to the company needs.
* Any other task assigned by HR Committee.
