Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer - Lahore

The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL), a leading bank in the Cooperative Sector having wide network of branches, with Head Office at Lahore, requires services of a Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer who can lead the institution and bring about financial, structural and operational reforms to make PPCBL a premier financial institution in its line of business.
The incumbent applying for the captioned assignment must meet the following criteria:

Qualification
The incumbent shall be required to meet the Fit and Proper Testing (FPT) criteria as prescribed by the State Bank of Pakistan.

Experience
20 years in banking out of which at least 5 years at policy and decision-making level in a financial institution. The incumbent must have in-depth understanding and experience of:
* Leading a financial institution.
* Managing affairs of the Board of Directors.
* Developing policy framework for good governance.
* Bringing about structural, financial and operational reforms.
* Handing internal/external Corporate and Audit affairs. Risk Management, Deposit Mobilization, Credit, especially in the areas of Agriculture and/or SME and Micro-Credit.

Age Limit
Minimum= 45 years, Maximum = 65 years.

Pay Package
As per Management Position Salary Package (MP-1/MP-II) (Negotiable depending upon the qualification & experience of the person selected)
