Job Description
· Formulate and implement installation and after-sales standards/procedure s.
· Installation and commissioning of large projects with advance ICT solutions with experience on IPT, Contact Centre, IVR, Unified Communication or Data Networking Infrastructure or Servers & Storage.
· Training & Certification on various products.
Skills Required
· An Engineering Degree in Electronics/ Telecom/Computer Engineering.
. 5-6 years experience in similar position.
· Must be familiar with latest developments & standards in IT/Telecom industry.


SYSTEMS SUPPORT ENGINEERS

· Installation, commissioning and after-sales support for latest Voice Communication System based on TDM/IP, Contact centers or Data Networking Infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN) or Servers & Storage Solutions
Skills Required
· An Engineering Degree in Electronics/ Telecom/Computer Engineering.
· 2-3 years of related experience.
· Working knowledge of Windows NT/2000/Linux.

Desirables
· Qualifications such as MCP and MCSE
