POSITION BASED IN: Islamabad

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
· Engineering background with a post graduate degree in Marketing.
· 10 years of exposure in an IT company with strong professional skills in basic product knowledge of the NSN product portfolio.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collect and analyze information regarding customers, internal organization and our competitors.
· Create business cases to support the development and pilot of the concepts.
· Understand customer needs and know how to sell the Service that solves the needs in a consultative way.
· Define Service Product roadmap based on market requirements and Care Services Strategy, customer feedback and technology development.
· Co-ordinate the service development and service readiness with other key stakeholders throughout the organization.
Prepare and co-ordinate value based marketing materials, service descriptions, concept papers, tools etc.
Monthly follow-up and analysis of sales and profitability at a product and/or product group level.
Manage Sales Funnel. Identify cases where extra support is required.
· Provides tender input and proactively works with the sales organization to sell value added services.
· Responsible for the repair business and value added Service in connection with repairs, like Spare Parts Management.
