Training Coordinator

Currently, they are looking for an individual as “Training Coordinator” for our Training Centres/Staff Colleges. Individuals possessing high degree of professional integrity, initiative and willing to work In a challenging environment may apply.
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate preferably MBA (HRM) or equivalent from any HEC recognized University/Institute.
Experience & Knowledge:
Minimum 07 years experience in the relevant field having good communications & interpersonal skills, capacity & exposure to conduct Seminars/Training. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must be sensitive to deadlines and able to work under pressure.
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Groups at HO, Regions for training needs and all the training units i.e. JNMDC and Staff Colleges
- Organize and develop training manuals, reference library testing and evaluation procedures
- Organize training feedback and recommend changes in training programs, training methodology curriculum, training material etc. for improvement
- Organize TNA and compile training action plan
- Maintain updated data of trained employees for placing before the management as and when required for decision-making
- Coordinate with SBP, IBP other training organizations and external resource persons regarding training matters
- Coordinate with Head of Training regarding training activities/programmes of Staff Colleges
The position will be on contract. Selected candidate will be offered a market-based compensation package commensurate with the qualification and experience.
