Ensure that all standard operating procedures are strictly enforced and that routine inspections and verifications are completed according to procedures
Supervise and certify on all work carried out by subcontractors.
Ensure that tooling and equipment's are maintained in good and usable condition.
Ensure that exchange parts are maintained ready for use.
Monitor spare parts consumption and make necessary adjustments in order to optimize inventory.
Implement and monitor the plant safety program and supervise fire drills, emergency procedures, evacuation and spill containment.
Ensure all maintenance schedules are undertaken.
Interface with owner on commercial, technical and contractual matters.
