Helpdesk Support Executives - Karachi
Helpdesk Support Executives will be the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance for WiMax technology, information management, and general troubleshooting issues.
Education and Skills required:
* Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or MIS Masters degree in similar area would be an asset
* Telephone listening skills
* Must be a self-starter, quick learner, with an ability to retain information quickly and accurately in a very fast paced environment
* Team player: must get along with all associates on helpdesk team and account
* Excellent customer service skills
* Must be able to work with large variety of users, (multi - culture)
* Must be fluent in English, Urdu and any one regional laguage of Pakistan
* Bengali speaking candidates will be preferred
