Qualification/Experience
A three years diploma or graduation with a valid IWCF certificate and 20 plus years experience of drilling in oil and gas sector. Experience in drilling high angle wells will be preferred. Must also oversee land rig operations as company representative, including the day to day planning and implementation of drilling, well testing activities, well integrity and operational efficiency.

Should compile daily drilling reports, cementing and casing reports, completion testing and HSE reports. Demonstrate good knowledge of work over operations. Should resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity. Should have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
