Legal & Corporate Affairs Director(on contract for one year (extendable)

Job profile:
The L&CA Director NTDC will be responsible to look after the Litigation with foreign as well as local entitles and IPPs for purchase/import of electricity, construction of Grid Stations/Transmission Lines etc, suits pertaining to service matters of employees, matters pertaining to industrial relations and miscellaneous issues.

He shall analyze legal issues affecting the company and will provide advice thereon to management and the NTDC Board to ensure that company's operations are within lawful boundaries and its legal rights are protected.

Age:
Maximum 45 years (relaxable in exceptional cases only)

Pay Package:
A highly competitive salary package will be offered to the selected candidate.

Qualifications:
Bar-at-Law or LLM (Candidates having Business or Engineering qualification will be preferred).

Experience:
At least five years post qualifications experience of Bar-at-Law/LLM, Corporate Laws & Electricity Laws.
